Hw compatibility AMD Gen3 6850u?

I am quite happy with AMD performance with Qubes. Therefore I would like to upgrade&replace my device with a newer generation AMD device.
My current device is T14 Gen1 AMD device, whereas the new one would be either a T14 or P14s Gen3 AMD ryzen 7 pro 6850u / DDR5.

Is there a known major issue with Gen3 AMD, or would it be too risky? Last time I had spent some time debugging my external dock’s screen and suspend issues.
