Remarks
I turned off UEFI Secure Boot in the Boot Configuration section of the BIOS.
I disabled VMD controller in the Storage section of BIOS selecting the option “AHCI/NVMe” instead of “RAID On”.
At the end of the installation I encountered the “Unable to reset PCI device” error, solved following instructions published here simply using the Qubes interface.
I did not tested AEM/TPM.
Everything seems working fine.

Thank you for HCL report and additional information. Can you please also fill a detailed report based on this template:
I made a draft of the list of steps that user should check for entering the future RECOMMENDED list (HCL is also required).
Not all steps can be applicable, for the skipped steps the reason they were why skipped should be provided.
