How about dell XPS?
there are some XPS in the compatibility list
as a counterpoint, I have an x230 thinkpad.
Some senior members here say it works great.
My experience has not been so happy (<-- damaged hardware? limits of memory?). Installation was fine, though.
Secondhand machines mightn’t run great, FYI.

I used a Librem 14 and then System 76 laptop before… Purism was better for qubes than System 76 for me, but System 76 had better quality hardware. After using the Nitrokey, tho, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to buy anything but Qubes certified hardware again - everything just worked out of the box. So nice
