Unable to Setup GUI Domain

For the reason discussed here Any recent dwm Qubes OS guide? , I am trying to make a sys-gui template following this guide GUI domain | Qubes OS to implement i3wm or qtile.

In the step of executing sudo qubesctl --all state.highstate there is no any indication that it is executed and no another prompt the cursor just jump to the start of the next line

Try using sudo qubesctl --show-output ...

I never presume to speak for the Qubes team.
When I comment in the Forum I speak for myself.

It was executed perfectly after I rebooted my PC or maybe I was not executing it with sudo

I have another question when should I setup Hybrid GUI domain and GPU GUI domain?
