Should i install audient evo 4 interface in dom0? or in specific qubes?

i have mic and headphone driven via audio interface. .
If i install it in dom0, would i then be able to hot assign my mic in any domain i want like i do with qubes mic dom0 which is already present?
or will i still have to usb forward the interface to a specific qube and install the drivers there??

I know how to install the interface and have it working inside my signal qube
But want to be able to hotplug it anywhere, without having to install drivers in every vm?
is that possible
