RC1 failed in initial setup: qvm-template install fedora-34

Installed R4.1-RC1 from the provided ISO

ERROR: Command ['qvm-template-postprocess', 'really','--no-installed-by-rpm','post-install','fedora-34','/var/tmp/tmplznv906y/var/lib/qubes/vm-templates/fedora-34'] returned non-zero exit status 1.

I chose the defaults in the initial setup. After clicking OK it did show up the usual qubes UI but only fedora-34 was installed. No sys-net, no sys-vpn, etc.

Afterwards I repeated the whole process from the RC1 ISO and the same exact issue happened.

Lastly I decided to build the system myself and created the sys-firewall, sys-net, downloaded other templates and used it as normal.

Anyone else experiencing this?
