Details
In addition to regular minor fixes and patches:

The above templates are rebuilds with the latest upstream updates & Qubes specific updates and patches mainly for R4.2.3-rc1 -
core-admin v4.2.33 (r4.2)
Trying"qvm-remove dom0"will print a clear warning.
Improvements to support S0ix sleep state.
One of the main reasons on R4.2.3rc1 is to mark Novacustom V560TU as a Qubes OS certified laptops. -

Many of the below changes were tested in R4.3 and now are coming to R4.2:
Visual indication for unsupported templates and standalones
Boot from CD-ROM list will not include the same qube
“Disposable Template” checkbox will be deactivated if not applicable
Qube Manager toolbar will behave better on smaller screens.
Epilogue
It appears that Qubes OS R4.2.3 is mostly a patch release (no major Xen upgrade or Template release upgrade). It contains the latest Kernel and relevant patches to support new certified Hardware.
