My quebes os got stuck after enter password. Desktop doesn't load

### Qubes OS release 4.1 updated from testing repositories. kernel-latest inst…alled. ### Brief summary After succesful dom0 update , but before reboot, Qubes crashed while starting a new qube. System not under load, and temperature not excessive. On starting again, boot fails, sitting at "lvm event activation". ### Steps to reproduce ? ### Expected behavior Qubes will not crash. Qubes will restart normally. ### Actual behavior As above. The activation process has (apparently) no timeout. However, on one occasion, after leaving for in excess of 1 hour, boot continued to desktop. No qubes were present, and it was not possible to enable the lv. N.B - Using any live system (Tails, Parrot, Debian, Fedora tested), on decrypting the disk, all lv are enabled and available. It is only in Qubes that lvm activation fails.
