Iām guessing ā4.1.4ā was a typo. Did you mean ā4.1.1ā (as in, upgrade from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2)? If so, then this section is applicable. You also seem to be under the mistaken impression that 4.1.2 is a minor release, when it is in fact a patch release.

That is not known yet, but we will make it clear in the announcement and documentation once 4.2 becomes available.
