Continuing the discussion from What is your opinion at Hyphanet (Freenet), and using Hyphanet on Qubes os?:

Hmm… I’m not using i2p yet, had a try long time ago.

So are those “reddit, hackernews, wikipedia” made i2p mirror addresses or you mean that some i2p server still works like a tor exit node (w/ ability to sniff stuff as each tor exit node has)? For me i2p network is good itself, w/o gate to the internet.

it is either there is a mirror for these websites on the i2p network, or the anon is indeed using an outproxy to reach these websites.

Hm, I had a chanse to say something useful, but indeed I see no point to confirm the same question by rephrasing it.

BTW: I’m about to open “i2p in Qubes OS” discussion for Russian speaking auditory. Welcome to google translate.

I’m voting for solution that should be an option for Qubes OS with i2p as an option from install time. W/o gate from i2p to plain old v4 or v6 network. What is your opinion with this?
