I made decision to install Qubes 4.3. Since Apparatus’ method of installation with external boot doesn’t work correctly with Qubes 4.3, I had to use merowing edits but unfortunately I forgot to add hostonly=no in the end of the crypt.conf file, placed in direction /etc/dracut.conf.d/crypt.conf and because of this my installation inherited the same issue that caused the merowing edits. I already rebooted so exited the installer and stuck on post-installation phase, because of that issue I can’t enter the disk password.
Is there any way to get to this file and edit it? Qubes’ enter screen has no mount command. When I try to do the same after second booting in installer it says it has no such device in fstab. When I just try using nano /etc/dracut.conf.d/crypt.conf it says there is no such file or directory.
This is funny. There is only one line missing and everything would work. But due to the fact that I cannot add it, I will have to reinstall everything again. Unless you know a way to get to the directory of that file again to open it and edit it.
