Can't Install Qubes by Following Documentation

I work in IT and still can’t get this to work. I can’t find any documentation that is helpful.

Unfortunately some devices are known to cause problems with Qubes and/or Linux. If you want to be sure your hardware works, consult HCL or Community-recommended hardware.
