After entering luks password im not able to boot

Hi
I wanted to use logitech webcam.
Unfortunately there was no sys-usb so I decided to create one using the command
sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.usb-keyboard

The process failed but sys-usb was created. I rebooted the system nowafter entering luks password im not able to boot.

Sounds like you are going to have to reinstall Qubes OS. I hope you thought ahead and made external backups.

Can you be more specific? Are there any errors shown? Try to hit Esc at that moment.
