Yubikey use case using qubes?

I recently bought some yubikeys.
Since diving into split gpg, ssh, etc. I feel like those keys are worthless or not so much useful like on other os. Do you use keys like yubikey on qubes and what do you think, is it even worth having them, if you use split secrets?

My gpg key is on the Yubikey and its backend in a vault appvm that I use in a split-gpg setup.

I also use them for Webauthn.
