I came across this nice GTK 3.0 CSS panel customization:
I am wondering whether anyone has done something similar to pimp the XFCE panel in Qubes OS.
I have already tried a few things, but I am still far from achieving a look like the one shown in the screenshots.

I haven’t tried doing what is described in the guide, but this is a good place to start:
