I dropped my laptop and it turned off. Was that because Qubes shut it off due to the accelerometer or something else? It booted fine after picking it up, but I’m worried there is a problem I can’t see.

Well, there’s only one way to find out…
What is your actual issue?
If you’re wanting to know if your laptop is damaged or not, that isn’t really a Qubes-related issue, nor is it something that anyone can do without being physically in front of your machine… Either do an internet search for hardware diagnostics so that you can check yourself, or take to someone you trust who knows what they’re doing to get it assessed and repaired if necessary…
I don’t think Qubes or Fedora do this.
