I have follow documentation regrading new QWT in QubesOS 4.3:
And it’s worked for a while 
but after few VM restarts, i face error when try to copy/open file from Windows qube in disp vm:
Windows error window
qrexec-client-vm.exe - bad image
C:\Windows\system32\xencontrol.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendoe for support.
Error status 0xc0000428
Anyone have an idea for possible source of issue? (can’t find any mention of this issue before)
