I’m trying to install a Windows 11 HVM in UEFI mode, but when I try to boot the installer ISO it hangs on the UEFI splash screen indefinitely (I’ve waited 10 - 20 minutes with nothing happening)
I’ve also tried to install the Windows 11 guest using legacy BIOS, then converting it to UEFI mode, but I get the same problem when I try to boot the HVM.
The guest has 16GB of ram and 6 vCPUs assigned to it, and UEFI mode seems to work as expected for linux HVMs.
I understand that UEFI mode in Qubes is experimental, so I wont be shocked if there isn’t a solution to this problem.
