You may need to set the IP address in Windows 10 to match that set by Qubes for the VM manually. Often DHCP does not work for Windows qubes, so they use some wrong IP address internally. Go to the network manager in Windows and check what IP address is set in Windows and, if necessary, change it accordingly.
