Based on CPU it should work fine, but there is always a chance that there could be some hardware that will have some incompatibility with Xen or kernel so it’s impossible to tell that it’ll work for sure. Nobody reported that Qubes OS worked on this specific PC before so you’ll to see this for yourself.
Also make sure to have enough RAM to run Qubes OS. I’d say that 8 GB will be too restrictive, 16 GB will be comfortable for general usage, more RAM could be needed if you’ll have some specific tasks.
