Im labelling this as a potential hardware issue because i was playing around with my PCI devices to attempt to passthrough my nvidia gpu. But then my laptop crashed.
Its my 3rd restart and my network manager icons are being strange. The icons re-appear and dissappear when i hover my cursor over it. They are also all blue when they are not supposed to be.
