There’s not much to add to my question.
I recently switched my sys-usb to use fedora-34 as template.
I noticed today that Provides network is ticked on, however, Networking is set to none.
Am I missing something here?

It’s probably set to default because user could use wifi sticks or LAN cards, which can be plugged in on USB ports…
