What is the best procedure to create the "default disposable template"?

Upon install of a new version of fedora and changing everything from 38 to 39, what is the best way of creating an new “default disposable template” in the Qubes Manager? What type & what template should it be? I guess type “TemplateVM” and template “fedora-39-xfce” or am I mistaken?
Just want to make sure.

You don’t have to create a new one. You can simply switch the existing one to the new template.
