Using Snapstore or Flathub on TemplateVMs

Hi guys,
I know it’s not recommended to connect templatevms to the internet, so is there a safe way to enable the snapstore or flathub on the templatevms while not allowing a internet connection?

See Installing Snap Packages (the documentation is your best friend) – and if you notice they install it in the AppVMs.
