trying to install on a Sandisk 64g USB 3 using Rufus

When booting, I only get Dell Support Assist. What am I doing wrong?

Be sure to select “Write in DD Image mode”.
When you boot, you need to press the F12 key to bring the boot menu option.
On this menu, select your USB.
