When posting a support request in the forum, is it possible to fill out a form similar to a GitHub bug report, but not quite as technical?
Something like this:

Your template version:
sys-usb: yes/no
sys-audio: yes/no
I realized this afterward because I often forget to include that information myself.
And that could potentially save a lot of back-and-forth since we’d be starting from the same basic information.
