Updates BIOS in StarBook Horizon laptops

Hello, I just bought StarBook Horizon laptops, I also got the emails to updates the BIOS, which i do not know how to it properly.

I did try to follow the “Updating your firmware”, and it not easy to understand. In QubesOS is hard to know which Terminal to uses, I am new user for QubesOS. It is possible that show me as step by step as simple to understand?

Another details that i noticed of StarBook Horizon, when moment to lower press “Fn” key the volume on keyboards is that also applies with the Brightness key. The BIOS is not updated yet. How to make it without pressing “fn” as simple uses?

Now, i noticed that was the key from right side of F12 is said as “Lock”. The problem is solved.
