Updates BIOS in StarBook Horizon laptops

Hello, I just bought StarBook Horizon laptops, I also got the emails to updates the BIOS, which i do not know how to it properly.

I did try to follow the “Updating your firmware”, and it not easy to understand. In QubesOS is hard to know which Terminal to uses, I am new user for QubesOS. It is possible as step by step?
