Update-Report: Curious Message

Hi!

After updating qubes 4.2.4 I found in the report the following message:

(process:24191): GLib-CRITICAL **: 09:58:53.199: init_zone_from_iana_info: assertion ‘size >= sizeof (struct tzhead) && memcmp (header, “TZif”, 4) == 0’ failed

What does this mean? This message has appeared since the last four updates.

This is a TZ (time zone) related issue. Unfortunately it would be hard to give additional feedback without having the detailed information on the TZ setting.

Please assure your timezone is configured properly. Please refer to timedatectl man page for more information.
