Please, tell me is there a need to update debian from version 10 to version 11 through the test repository? Can I safely continue to use debian 10 for my qubes until debian 11 appears in the main release?
since debian is very stable, you can (actually many more year if you don’t want to upgrade, but i don’t recommended it)

Yes, absolutely.
Debian 10 “Buster” will be supported until ~2022-08. Qubes support ends at the regular EOL date, not the LTS EOL date, unless a specific exception has been made.
