Unable to load Qube ISO onto new Ideapad3 AMD Ryzen 3400

I am unable to load Qubes via Rufus, Belena Etcher or Linux USB loader. I boot the system, it loads one page of code then it reverts to a blank screen and freezes.

I have turned off both Windows 10 fast boot and BIOS secureboot.

I have verified the download and my usb is able to be mounted after I complete the load.

I have booted a USB ISO image from MINT succesfully, on this laptop,

Not sure what the reason for the freeze and would appreciate any help.

I had done some of these work arounds but had not seen the second set of links you sent me, thx
