QubesOS version: R4.2.4

Problem:
I can’t say exactly when the problem started. It may have appeared several months ago:
PC start > user successfully enters password and unlocks disk > user is taken to the user password entry form, but data entry is unavailable.
This seems to happen randomly. That’s how I feel about it.
You can turn it on in the morning and the authorization will go through without any problems, or it may take 2-4 reboots for the input to work.
What I tried and it didn’t help:
using different USB ports, using different types of ports (2\3), changing the USB keyboard.
At the same time, during normal operation within the OS, I have no complaints about the quality of the USB keyboard or the USB ports.
Perhaps you have suggestions on how to diagnose and find the problem?
