They already support linux Installing Trezor Suite on Linux , what would you expect more by Qubes OS support?
I would expect that it would work following those instructions for Linux and then attaching Trezor to the Linux VM, but it doesn’t.
Instead, we have to follow a long procedure that includes installing Trezor Bridge, which is deprecated.
It worked fine for me. Install suite in the template used by a VM that has a physical USB controller.
Do you mean using Trezor Suite in sys-usb? Yes, that works, but sys-usb is supposed to be untrusted, so you shouldn’t run Trezor Suite there.
You could run every app on sys-usb, but then there’s no point in using Qubes.
The USB device must be attached to something, if you have only one controller, either dedicate it to that USB device, or accept it will live with other USB devices.
A piece of software can’t fix this hardware problem
