Given your very limited knowledge of Linux it may be
better for you not to run anything in dom0 at all, at the moment.
Making a mistake in dom0 can compromise your whole Qubes system.

You can learn how to use Linux in a qube, and get used to some of the
features - case sensitivity is one of them.
There are many basic introductions to Linux online.
