I’m assuming someone’s already aware and or this is just a temporary outage. Mirror by this provider has their mirror site and main domain down. Attempted on EU VPN IP and tor exit IPs.

I wasn’t able to connect to ftp.cc.uoc.gr - University of Crete / Computer Center with a VPN but can through tor. Not sure why. Their main domain isn’t accessible to me with either VPN or tor.

We monitor the mirrors for outages, and changes. Sometimes, (often?)
mirrors will drop and reappear: it’s the nature of the beast.
When it looks as if a mirror has dropped, we contact the provider to find
out what is happening. If there’s no change and no response we remove
the mirror from the list, but we do give a reasonable grace period.
The University of Crete doesnt fall in to this category - I’d suggest
you look at your VPN.
