The Lenovo T430 supports virtualization

My two devices, Lenovo T430 i5 3320m and i7 3630qm, are incompatible with virtualization when installing qubes4.2.3. How can I solve this problem? If I replace the device, which model of Lenovo t430 series computer can be fully compatible with qubes and the above problem will not occur
Could you recommend me a specific CPU model

The 3320M is used in certified hardware, are you sure it doesn’t work with 4.3.2?

The 3630QM might not work, the 3632QM also doesn’t work

If you want an i7 variant, the 3840QM is used in certified hardware.

This is also where I do not understand why I have set virtualization on in the bios, and the i5 3320m still appears hardware incompatibility during installation and cannot be virtualized. I think maybe the bios version is old, after all, this is an old computer, otherwise I can’t think of why this problem would occur. Can someone give me some advice and help

the processor itself may be ok, but you need the mainboard chipset to support the instructions as well, which was not always the case at that time

Didn’t all T430 and T430s use the QM77 chipset, what chipset are you talking about?

I updated the bios, the problem seems to be resolved, has been successfully installed 4.2.3, the function seems to be normal
