If I understand right - the argument seems to be:

Whonix uses kloak to provide obfuscation.
Therefore Qubes-Whonix must use kloak.
Behavior in Qubes will be different from Qubes-Whonix.
Therefore Qubes must use kloak, or some other similar technology.

I find this questionable. It seems to beg a number of important
questions.

I never presume to speak for the Qubes team. When I comment in the Forum I speak for myself.
