Was playing the ‘attach-USB-drive-to-a-qube’ game where it always takes two attach attempts to get it to work.
It was a particularly annoying instance where attached USB would not show up in the qube so I tried a reboot of sys-usb.
sys-usb shutdown but instead of restarting deleted itself.
Yeah, I know, but it actually did.
Rebooted OS.
sys-usb gone.
Using QubesOS for nearly a decade I have seen some weird quirks but I haven’t seen this one before.
