SYS-USB Can't start

Hello There I have recently Install Qube OS on My laptop Hp 15-259ne NoteBook Which has This :-
Nvidia 820M 2GB
Intel Core i5-5200U
4 GB Ram
500 GB Hard

Iam able To install Qube But
When I try To install SYS-USB Using this Command:-

sudo qubesctl state.sls qvm.sys-usb

It’s Give me no error but when I try Start The SYS-USB VM

The screen Goes Black And my laptop restart

ihave installed Qube On my external Hard Drive

Adata 1000GB

So Can Any one help me:)

Run qvm-pci in dom0. It should show you what is attached to your sys-usb. If somehow accidentally your GPU ended up being attached to sys-usb, this could be the reason. Make sure also that only USB controllers are attached and all of them are attached.
