Sudo qubes-dom0-update leads to a code 134 error with 4.1.2. Clean install

As the title says when I try to update dom0 I get:

I have tried switching my update qube to sys-net and to sys-whonix with the same results. All my networking qubes are up to date.

If I try sudo qubes-dom0-update --releasever=4.1 it gives the same error.

Well I will cautiously say that I think I fixed my problem. I reinstalled qubes using Fedora as my default VM instead of Debian as I had before. I assume you could also just have changed the sys-net and/or sys-firewall VM without reinstalling, I just reinstalled because I figured I might as well since it was a fresh install already.
