Static IPV4 Details for Windows VM w/ Sys-Whonix Networking?

As the title states, does anyone have a resolution for this?

In the documentation for the Windows install, this is lightly mentioned but no where have I found there to be a step by step tutorial/resolution.

I want to TOR’ify the entire Windows VM by using Sys-Whonix networking.

In VirtualBox I am able to do this, by setting Windows VM networking settings to use whonix internal network (gateway), and then editing Windows IPV4 settings to the following:

IP Address: 10.152.152.11
Subnet Mask: 255.255.192.0
Default Gateway: 10.152.152.10
DNS Server: 10.152.152.10

For this setup in Qubes, I think it is the same idea… but I am getting something wrong, it is not resolving. I notice that dom0 qube settings show different info for networking. IP of 10.137.0.x and Virtual DN’s of 10.139.1.1

I have tried inputting this, but it is not working.

Please help.

This thread solved my question: https://www.reddit.com/r/Qubes/comments/bhooid/networking_issue_inside_kali_linux_hvm/

You are supposed to use the dom0 settings for the VM as shown when looking at qubes vm configuration properties.

ie: 10.137.0.x
netmask: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 10.137.0.x
