Start up hangs before luks unlock screen

I updated dom0 to kernel 6.6.48 and now startup hangs before luks password screen appears. There is a flashing character top left of screen and that is it. If I go advanced option and load 6.6.42 then everything is fine. Recently updated dom0 to 6.6.54 and that also doesn’t work.

What should I check or what diagnostics should I use to figure out the issue ?

I edited out ‘quiet’ and it froze at this line
