Sound output like an old radio as long as pulseaudio volume control is not opened

Dear Qubes community,

I have really bad sound in Qubes 4.2.1. Tried different kernels, but it did not change. Then I started pulseaudio volume control in dom0 and suddenly it is quite better. The same phenomenon was described here: Sound not quite right - #7 by Jann

If you close the pulseaudio window, sound is bad again. It does not change anything to open pulseaudio control in the AppVM. There is no problem with to less RAM assigned to AppVMs.

Does someone have any idea how to solve the issue?
