Some problem with deb.qubes-os.org?

I downloaded debian 12 minimal and tried to install wget but it fails to fetch:

Hi @dar911 and welcome. Do you have any previous experience with minimal templates? If not, I will quote the documentation:

The minimal templates are intended only for advanced users. Most things will not work out-of-the-box, and you will have to fix them yourself. If you are not prepared to do a lot of reading, searching, learning, and troubleshooting, then you should instead stick to the standard templates, which are perfectly suitable for the vast majority of users. In particular, if you are new to Qubes, you should not attempt to use minimal templates until you have gained more experience.

Everything worked fine with 4.2

The error shows that DNS is not working.
You give almost no information about your configuration - what is the
proxy you are using? How is it configured?

Assuming that full Debian templates are working correctly (You dont
say), then the issue is specific to the minimal template.
On my 4.3 testing systems, debian-minimal works correctly. Have you made
any changes to the template?
