I want to experiment and install different software in dom0.
For example: Shared folders for Qubes OS
I would like to be able to take a snapshot of the state of dom0 before I install the software into dom0, in case something goes wrong.
As I understand from the documentation, backing up dom0 is not suitable for this experiment, because only the home directory is copied or am I mistaken and this information is outdated?
Please tell me the best option to take a snapshot condition of the state of dom0 for my experiments with installing third-party software in dom0.
