Ive noticed my T480S at idle has 0 RPM fan speed, it DOES kick on under load eventually but the CPU is idling around 47-50, which is about 10 C Higher than it does in Windows. I tried to set the “min” value for the fan in the senor tool but it does nothing. How can I set a minimum fan speed so it’s moving SOME air during Idle to keep Idle temps down?

thank you, I was searching “fan” “fan speed” etc. and most of it was people with loud fans and didnt seem to apply to what I needed “thinkfan” seems to be the magic keyword and is returning a lot more relevant results.
