I’m currently in search of the most high-performing Wi-Fi antenna that is known to be compatible with Qubes R4.1 and the L460 Lenovo Thinkpad. Specifically, I’m aiming for a range of at least 200-300 meters, and I’m open to utilizing a larger antenna that can be carried in a bag if necessary. Do you have any recommendations for specific models or brands?

Search for some USB/PCI Wifi adapter which works well with Qubes and is suitable for possible other requirements (open source driver, frequencies, …).
Attach better antenna.
The internal Wifi card of your Thinkpad maybe already can do what you are looking for.
