After installing 4.3 for some reason artifacts like this block almost the entire screen:
Only the case with the iGPU and only on the first boot. Before reinstalling everything was fine.
Works again when completing the initial setup with an eGPU no idea whats going on
kernel-latest has a fault with recent AMD silicon, though that shouldn’t have anything to do with you if you’re on a fresh install and haven’t installed kernel-latest.
It also typically manifests as a solid black lockup prior to the LUKS unlock, not as a visible artifact on the screen.
If you do have kernel-latest installed, try adding kernel boot option module_blacklist=amdxdna and see if that makes a difference.
