I am speaking about the request to Discourse because I don’t want to create a new account on the Discourse forum. Would the admins do me the favor for this feature so I don’t want to post date within the post from the latest news post? Thanks.
I do not understand the motivation that would make you need to do this. Can you elaborate?
Also, future post creation can only be done by moderators, I think. Create topic in the future - #2 by sam - feature - Discourse Meta
But you can save drafts, if that is what you are looking for.

Also, you can set a reminder to post. I do this often. You click on the bookmark 
and then set the time when you want to be reminded.
