i know qubes is NOT a privacy os but this is also a question about security. im using this forum since there is people knowledgeable about qubes which im using (ive tried tails but i didnt like the gimmicks and qubes meets my security needs)
how do would you guys recommend being secure and private on a risky network? my family loves connivence and hates change so i cant change my home network. my mother also has a virus on her computer but she gets mad if i tell her (dont ask why) i also will be using the internet in public.
I have a framework laptop and I dont like fingerprinting, surveillance policing/captialism, or anyone knowing a lot about me that i dont give them myself. (I love disposable identities that arent connected together) Im not high profile just insane.
I will want to pirate (open risky files) and read censored information and read journalism. (im not a journalist)
