What is succinctly required to do so today on a config level under qubesos?!?
I am shooting this post all the way up, as i find this super-interesting as a project.
i believe we shall update it and work more on that, using the newer version of Qubes OS and newer Proxmox as well.
what i am really looking for to hopefully achieve with this setup is:
remotely access my vm’s (isolated by qubes os) using my laptop
been finally able to do snapshots of my vms using proxmox, as qubes doesnt allows me to save the progress of my live-iso vm’s. ounce i shut them down, all progress is gone. i can not install some live-oses.
choosing the cpu model, something qubes os doesnt allows to do. therefore all your cpu-id’s are shared to the vm guests, for example windows knows exactly what cpu you are using across various standalone VM’s.
and using the qubes backup feature to save all my vm’s in proxmox! that would be a dream come true if i make it work myself with windows vm’s and a macos vm!
